On our web site, you may order a couple styles of our 'stock' signature chef knives. They have been designed by us and hand-forged to our own specifications to offer you the finest in style, finish, and handcraftsmanship. Each blade is individually hand-forged in Japan by one of our master bladesmiths using traditional hand-forging methods.
Because our goal is to always have unique and hard-to-find high quality blades, we also offer a small selection of special blades which have been hand-forged by the finest bladesmiths in Japan. These are offered in very small quantities and we may only have one or two pieces of each size and style! This insures that you will have a custom set unlike any other!
