All of our carving sets are made using the finest quality Hawaiian koa wood handles and Japanese blades unless otherwise requested.

Our carving knives are available in R2 powder metal die stainless, VG10 stainless or ZDP-189 stainless steels.

Carving knives can be ordered individually or in sets with a variety of possible storage options.
