As a perfect complement to our custom, handcrafted carving knives, we offer our slender, modern-styled carving fork, custom-crafted by hand in Japan with the same artistry as our carving knives. Our 11.75-inch carving fork is made with the finest ZDP-189 stainless steel and has a satin finish.

Our carving forks include custom, handcrafted and beautiful exotic Hawaiian koa wood handles, available with or without a bolster. We offer a variety of exotic wood options, available upon request. Please contact us for a quotes on woods other than koa.
