We have a new shipment of individually hand-forged VG10 stainless steel damascus blades here ready for your custom handle and box order. This shipment includes blades with our narrow stainless steel bolsters. Each blade has been signed by the bladesmith in kanji.
Stainless steel bolsters are available in limited quantities and this style is only available on our VG10 damascus blades except by special order with our bladesmith.
Gregg just completed making the first set with these beautiful blades. For this set, he used a rare reddish Hawaiian curly koa wood for the handles. The deep color of the wood and subtle tones of the curl (striped effect of curly koa wood) give this set a sleek elegant look for any formal dinner setting. Decorative black and white accents adds a tasteful accent.
A presentation box with exotic curly birds-eye koa wood, again with reddish tones, perfectly compliments this 12-piece custom steak knife set. Box upgrades include full bottom box liner of black velvet, velvet removable tray liners and decorative corner inserts.
Our custom steak knife sets are designed to be used for many years and made to the highest standards. Each set is an individual piece of functional art for the home.
