Today, we are excited to announce the latest addition to this line: steak or utility knives.
This newest design, like all the knives in this collection, have been designed by and made exclusively for Salter Fine Cutlery. They will not be found anywhere else!
Designed as a steak knife with a 120mm clip-point blade (4-3/4 inch long blade), this knife is available in either gingami3 super high quality powder metal die stainless steel or unique shirogami (also known as YSS white paper) carbon steel.
These knives are so versatile, as well as beautiful and unique in styling that they will be equally at home as a steak knife, a utility knife, or even as a carry knife with a custom leather sheath.
