These knives have all been hand-forged to our own designs in Japan by traditional bladesmiths. All are signed by the bladesmith.
All have a proven track record with us for many years.
Our new designs are coming soon from our Japanese bladesmiths, plus we are sunsetting a couple very popular previous designs, including the Raptor chef knife series and Hammered Carving knife set series.

We don't often have a sale because we keep our prices as low as possible all year. Why, then, are these blades on sale? Because we have updated these patterns to a new version or can no longer get them from our bladesmiths.
