For 2020, we have several new styles here or being made now for delivery this winter and into the spring.

In Carving knives and sets, we have several options currently available for your custom order.  In stock now, we have beautiful options in both full tang and hidden tang versions, with blades in either 240mm (approx 9.5") or 270mm (approx 10.5") lengths.

Each one can be ordered as knife only, with a fork, or as a whole set. You can even include a second larger carving knife, slicing knife, and a choice of a fine grit or medium grit sharpening rod.
