This chef knife set features three individually hand-forged blades by our top-of-the line Japanese bladesmith who also makes our popular Charybdis, VillageForge and Camelback design series knives.

The "Raptor" series got its name from hammer marks that seemed to look similar to claw marks from an ancient bird along the body of the knife blade

- Matte finish on damascus pattern beneath the hammer forging marks

No welded sections, each blade and tang are made from a solid piece of steel. They are built to last a lifetime and beyond with proper maintenance.

- The same but different: each bolster area has a unique look all its own
