- Subtle matte to low gloss finish on blades
- Each blade signed in kanji
- Instrument/presentation grade 5A rare curly Hawaiian koa wood handles
- 130mm Salter "Original Classic" blade design with modern narrow version
- Overall knife length: approx 10-inches
- HIdden tang design
- NIckel-silver bolster, peened pin and pommel fitting
- Mozambique ebony (aka African blackwood) pommel insert
- Cinnamon accent
- Every knife hand-shaped and hand-sanded to 3000 grit
- Metal fittings hand-shaped and hand-sanded to 8000 grit!
