This exquisite little paring knife was individually hand-forged exclusively for Salter Fine Cutlery to our own design specifications of exotic R2 stainless steel. It was then forged with the bladesmith's signature unique whirlpool damascus pattern, and finally signed in kanji by the bladesmith in Japan. 

The handcrafted handle is made from premium grade Hawaiian curly koa wood with a comfortable traditional western shaped handle, brass bolster fitting and brass pins.
