Made specifically for people who enjoy smaller blades, this little paring knife is guaranteed to please in both the quality and exceptional beauty.

This exquisite little paring knife was individually hand-forged exclusively for Salter Fine Cutlery to our own design specifications of exotic R2 stainless steel. It was then forged with the bladesmith's signature unique whirlpool damascus pattern, and finally signed in kanji by the bladesmith in Japan. 

The handcrafted handle is made from premium grade Hawaiian curly koa wood with a clean modern shaped handle, brass bolster fitting and brass pin.
