What's New this Month!

Our new selection of blades have arrived and are available with your choice of custom handles. 

What do we mean by custom handles? You get to choose the look, feel and extra options on any knife you order from us. Large or small hands, no problem. Whether you are a petite woman with long or short dainty fingers, or a big guy who wears a size 13 ring, your knife will feel and look good.

Want a specific balance point or special request for a handle length? Let us know.

Want a super tough wood for heavy duty commercial kitchen use? No problem.

Every knife has been individually hand-forged to our own requests. Every handle is individually handmade made right here in Hawaii by Gregg Salter.
