Our Diamond Head 2-piece custom, handcrafted carving set features a ZDP-189 Stainless Steel knife and fork. The knife has a stunning Damascus finish, full-tang construction, and excellent edge retention.
The Diamond Head blade is hand-shaped and ground by a group of skilled Japanese craftsmen and is only available in limited quantities.
