We have many new designs, finishes and steel choices of knives coming this year. The first shipment has just been made and we should have them in stock very soon.
Of course, all of these will be available to you with your own personal choice of handles. Most of the handles on our web site have been made using our precious island resouce, very rare Hawaiian curly koa wood. For beauty, I do not believe it can be matched!
However, if you have a particular wood that you would like for your knife handles, please do not hesitate to ask. If we can source it, and it is a suitable hardwood for a knife handle, we are happy to use your own choice of woods in your handle.
