Handcrafted on the Big Island of Hawaii from distinctive solid Hawaiian curly koa wood, these boxes are truly unique as well as beautiful.

Rich gold, deep reds and brown toned Hawiian curly koa wood, plus beautiful flame feature on the lids create a lasting impression. The amazing chatoyance of this wood seems to change and swirl as you look at it from different angles. It is simply mesmerizing! 

Box Features and Specifications:

• Outside dimensions: approximately 14 x 10 x 4 inches. They were  made to house our client's existing and new Salter Fine Cutlery steak knives for use in his fine dining restaurant.
• Completely internally joined
• Guaranteed for a lifetime against defects in workmanship.
• Solid USA made brass hinges inset for a smooth rear profile. 
• Hinges automatically stop at a 95 degree angle when the box is open.
• Optional black velvet liner on the inside bottom of each box.
• Each box holds 8 steak knives.
